TIRRC VOTES Endorses Allie Phillips and Jesse Huseth in State House Races
Memphis and Nashville- Today, TIRRC Votes announces their endorsements in the state house races, Allie Phillips for House District 75 and Jesse Huseth for House District 97.
“TIRRC Votes is proud to endorse Allie Phillips in House District 75 and Jesse Huseth for House District 97. For too long the needs of everyday Tennesseans in these districts have been ignored. They deserve Representatives like Allie and Jesse who actually listen to their needs and care about the issues impacting working families,” shared Pratik Dash, Senior Director of TIRRC Votes.
“Allie Phillips has proven to be an outspoken and clear advocate for working families as a mom and a former small business owner herself,” said Dash. “Allie has shown she truly cares about her district by stepping up to run for House District 75 once again, by continuing to prioritize making housing, gas, and groceries more affordable, and ensuring that local resources are being used to strengthen our neighborhoods instead of creating fear within Black, brown, and immigrant communities.”
“Jesse Huseth is the clear choice for House District 97 as a second-time candidate as well,” said Dash. “As a lifelong Memphian, father, former public school teacher, and small business owner, Jesse is embedded in the community and truly listens to the needs of his neighbors. He believes in ending the federal occupation of the city and will work to end the dangerous and harmful collaboration between local law enforcement and ICE. Jesse brings people together instead of using political games and tactics that seek to divide us from each other.”

Memphis y Nashville - Hoy, TIRRC Votes anuncia su apoyo oficial para las elecciones a la Cámara de Representantes del estado: Allie Phillips para el Distrito 75 y Jesse Huseth para el Distrito 97.
“En TIRRC Votes estamos muy orgullosos de apoyar a Allie Phillips para el Distrito 75 y a Jesse Huseth para el Distrito 97. Por mucho tiempo, se han ignorado las necesidades de los habitantes de Tennessee en estos districtos.
